What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We use priority mail with USPS to ship.Shipping charges are based on weight and are estimated at the time of your order.You will be emailed when the order ships and if there is a change in the shipping charge you will be notified.In many cases the shipping charge is slightly less than the estimated amount.We do not charge a handling fee or inflate the shipping charge.You will see it on your package label.With large orders, sometimes the shipping may default to $0 because the algorithm to calculate that weight hasn’t been programmed into the shopping cart.If this is the case you will be notified via email on the exact amount of the shipping charge.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We proudly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.If you wish to mail a check or money order to us please notate that in your order in the comments section or contact us through the contact page indicating your preference and we can give you the exact amount to send.Once your check clears your bank, we will notify you and ship your product.

How long will delivery take?

We usually ship products within one to three days of receiving an order.USPS Priority Mail, depending on where you live, will take one to four business days to deliver it to you.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Shopping with us is completely secure as no credit card information is ever stored on a server or the website.We use a shopping cart that has a very sophisticated program to prevent fraud.If you feel really unsure you can always call us and give us your information over the phone.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed your order, Soap Essential is notified.Within one to three days your package will be processed, boxed, weighed for shipping value and then picked up by USPS.You will be notified that we have received your order and that it is being processed.You will be notified again once your order ships.This email will include tracking information as well.Please check your spam/junk mail folder as often these messages may go there.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, every order leaves with an invoice.
